The Nick Nault’s Guide Service Lets Go Fishing Sweepstakes begins at 6 AM October 1, 2017 Central Standard Time (CST) and ends at 6 PM (CST) September 30, 2018.
To be eligible entrants must be a legal citizen or permanent legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada, must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Social Security number and/or valid Drivers license at the time of entry. Employees of Nick Nault’s Guide Service, LLC their advertising and marketing agencies are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void in all areas where restricted or prohibited by law.
To enter, visit www.fishingwithnick.com and complete the official online entry form in its entirety. To be valid, an entrant must have a valid email address and must check the box stating that they have read and agree to the official rules. Entries must be submitted by 6 PM September 30, 2018. Neither Nick Nault’s Guide Service or any sweepstakes entity is responsible for online entry’s that are lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable. If a dispute regarding the identity of the winning entry it will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during the promotion period. Entry information must be keystroked manually and receipt of entries will not be verified by Nick Nault Guide Service or its agencies.
A random drawing will be held on or about October 5, 2018 and one winner will be selected. The drawing will be held in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and will be witnessed by two independent witnesses not employed by Nick Nault’s Guide Service, LLC or its agencies. The drawing and interpretation of the official rules are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received.
Winning entrant will receive two days guided fishing for two people with Nick Nault’s Guide Service…their choice of 1) ice fishing for whitefish and/or walleye, 2) salmon fishing or 3) smallmouth bass, walleye or brown trout fishing. Two nights lodging and $100 cash is also included. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal , state and local laws, rules, regulations registrations and taxes.
The winner will be contacted and must sign and return within five days of receipt a signed affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. If the winning entrant fails to sign and return the affidavit within the five day period he/she forfeits any claim to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. An IRS 1099 form will be issued to the winner for the actual value of the prize awarded.
By participating in this sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges which are final in all respects. By participating in the sweepstakes entrants release Nick Nault Guide Service, LLC and its agencies from any and all liability and damages that may result out of participation in the sweepstakes.
Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Nick Nault’s Guide Service and its agencies for the purpose of selecting the prize winner and in house marketing. No information will be sold and no information will be provided to non-fishing industry related companies.
The winners name will be published at www.fishingwithnick.com on or around October 10, 2018.
